I've recently got re-introduced to Nada Surf by snagging a used copy of High/Low from our Used section, which yielded repeat spins on my turntable, so it was a nice surprise to hear they're set to release a new record. It's interesting to listen to a band almost 20 years apart in records.

The band is still there after all these years, while not as harder edged as they were in their 20s, the songwriting remains intact and familiar. It’s some of the more quieter and introspective moments that speak to me the most. This album is produced to satisfy a lonesome rainy day repeat listen. It reveals something new with each spin.
