"Usually I never get to spend much time with my record collection. But ever since I’ve been working from home it’s really brought me closer to it, I’m rediscovering some albums I forgot I had and enjoy some favourites I’ve almost worn out. It’s really helped me through this time, knowing that I have an exciting day of record listening or a new parcel from Rough Trade arriving around some point in the day!"

"There's a little corner of my kitchen with tons of plants and natural light and two windows that let the fresh air in. I've been having my coffee sitting in the cross breeze of that spot and listening to Luzmila Carpio's Yuyay Jap'ina Tapes. That record calms me down. Somehow it is both earthy and other worldly at the same time."

"My record collection has been such a relief during all of this craziness! There's nothing better than locking yourself in your bedroom while a record spins and your anxiety lessens. Music is so important, especially now when we're all looking for answers and some form of solace. Lately, I've been falling in love with The Paper Kites' 'twelvefour' all over again, along with COIN's 'Dreamland.' My website, The Daily Listening, has been receiving some really great submissions lately so I'm looking forward to adding some new music to my vinyl collection. Stay safe, folks! :)"
